The iV-Leadership online program is the online version of the iV-Leadership Coaching Program. It includes the same online education program which is spread over approximately 12 weeks. This is so it fits in with fortnightly group coaching which is part of the iV-Leadership Academy Membership Program. Your 3 month free subscription is included as part of your plan. You will automatically be enrolled in the paid membership at the conclusion of the education, which you can cancel at anytime after the 3 months free membership has ended,
This module explores Organisational Intelligence (Oi) and what's required lead within an organisation. Oi is understanding organisation structure, leadership levels and knowing where and how your leadership role fits and functions in the attainment of your organisation’s Vision and Purpose.
The module's goal is to give participants an understanding of how their organisation functions and is foundation for developing leadership capability.
This module explores Emotional Intelligence (Ei) from the perspective of leading others. The objective is to develop Self Awareness, Situational Awareness and the Understanding of others. These capabilities confer the ability to vary how one communicates to influence others in differing circumstances.
The module's goal is to give participants an understanding of people as an enabler to Inspire, Engage and Influence.
This module explores Customer Intelligence (Ci) from the perspective impacting the customer's experience.
Customer Intelligence is understanding the customer journey, customer experience, feeling what your customer’s feel, and most importantly, the role you play as a leader in representing your customers.
The module's goal is to give participants the ability to lead with impact for the customer.
This module explores Process Intelligence (Pi) and having a leadership lens.
Process Intelligence is knowing how your organisation’s work, management processes and employee experience align to meet the customers’ expectations.

It’s applying the right leadership practices with your overall leadership intelligence to lead with impact for your customers, people, and organisation.
The module's goal is create a Leadership Operating Rhythm and framework as an enabler to create a culture of trust and high performance.

The Leadership Operating Rhythm and Framework is the foundation of developing your culture. To do so it spans all levels.
Following Module 5 it is important to commit to and embed what's been learned and the 'new way' of leading. Equally important is developing, finalising, and committing to the ‘vertical’ leadership components of the iV-Leadership Operating Rhythm Framework.
The module's goal is to develop and finalise the 'vertical' Leadership Operating Rhythm and framework. This is a critical step embedding what your organisation has created into its culture.
