Pi - Process Intelligence:
Knowing how your organisation’s work and management processes align to meet your customers’ expectations. Recognising the levers you have at your disposal to impact the outcome for your customers, people and organisation. Giving you the ability to make effective and timely decisions aligned with your strategy and customers’ needs.
